Charmingly furnished and refreshed. Bicycle, kayak and paddle-board or take ferry access across Taylor's Creek to Carrot Island and Shackleford Banks and Cape Lookout. About the Area

Located in Beaufort, this vacation home is in the city center and near the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Rachel Carson Reserve and Hoop Pole Creek Nature Trail, while North Carolina Maritime Museum and Core Sound Waterfowl Museum and Heritage Center are cultural highlights. When to reserve a Morehead City rental & When to go:

• Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacations during Winter holiday gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
• June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Beaufort. To find the best vacation home within budget, we recommend booking in the Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at your favorite Morehead City restaurants and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager if your vacationing group qualifies for a discount.
• Booking websites frequently offer renters an option to buy trip insurance.
