Welcome to Beach Grove, a gorgeous oceanfront getaway designed by North Carolina architect Jim Willis. Located among mature live oaks, this bungalow features an open floor plan with exposed cypress beams and offers three cavernous bedrooms and two baths, ideal for a calming hideaway. Step onto the broad decks, shaded by a maritime forest canopy, and savor direct access to the beach. This serene, private setting is ideal for those seeking tranquility and a deep connection with nature.

1 King Bed, 1 Queen Bed, and 2 Twin Beds

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not supplied. If you would like information on beach equipment units, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be included with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a modest bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance complimentary laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one additional trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.

PET POLICY:
Dogs are allowed with a $200 + tax non returnable pet fee per dog, with a 3 dog max..

About the Area

Located in Pine Knoll Shores, this vacation home is by the ocean. Fort Macon State Park and Beaufort Historic Site are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Country Club of the Crystal Coast and Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Raceway. North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores and Flatwaters Paddling are also worth visiting. Spend some time exploring the area's activities, including birdwatching.

  • Protect the owner (and your things!) by keeping the rental locked up while you are gone, just like you would at home.
  • Double-check the vacation property to confirm that you've packed everything on check-out day. Re-check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Inspect the rental a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the property manager isn't available, remember to take pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did you have a terrific stay? Many rental websites make it easy for vacationers to provide reviews. If your rental and/or property management company was fantastic, they would love to hear about it.
