Located just off of Arendell Street in a more residential section of the downtown area, this pottery studio and gallery has a host of works to admire that are crafted by one of the region’s many noted and talented artists, Scott Haines.
Scott Haines has owned and operated Bridges Street Pottery since 1997, and his cool works have been featured at a number of local and regional galleries all across the state. Specializing in stoneware, porcelain and raku pottery, art fans will find a number of eye-catching and functional pieces to treasure as a local souvenir for their own home. Scott also offers a number of classes at the neighboring Blu Sail Gallery for potters of all skill levels, and is also available for private lessons for creative types who want to dive in and learn the craft. From getting your hands dirty creating your own masterpieces, to browsing the colorful and striking works of art that Scott himself has created, there’s plenty of inspiration waiting at the chic Bridges Street Pottery.
