Found within the original Phillips Bell house – a historic residence in Downtown Morehead City - the restaurant features an ever-changing menu that utilizes exceptional local ingredients and unique flavors.
Executive Chef Michael Perry is an Eastern North Carolina native, but he has worked in a number of renowned restaurants that range from Forsythe country, North Carolina to Los Angeles, CA. A proponent of farm-to-table cuisine, the daily menu reflects a cornucopia of fresh fare from local fishermen and farmers, with perfectly wonderful results. Selections change daily, but visitors can expect to be treated to classic and unique dishes such as steamed littleneck clams with white wine, herbs and garlic, wild caught Mandarin glazed salmon, and jumbo lump crab cakes with vegetable ratatouille, parmesan, and fresh basil. Menu items are divvied into small plate and entrée categories, and Parrott’s on 11thoffers a fine wine and drink selection as well.
