Depending on conditions, you might hook into Redfish, and who knows what else! Depending on the species you’re after, you may find yourself light tackle fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area. Capt. Hunter also offers fly fishing.

Trips with Young Co. Guide Service are open to the whole family, so get ‘em offline and onto the water! Be sure to ask if child-sized life vests are available, otherwise, you should bring your own. And, you can’t go wrong with snacks so that nobody gets cranky on an empty belly!

You’ll be casting lines from a 16’ Ancona polling skiff with a capacity for 2 passengers. It comes with everything you need for a productive day on the water. Rods, reels, and tackle are covered by the charter, as well as lures.

The charter boat covers your fishing license, just show up ready for some fishing! Some fish have special regulations, including when you can keep them. If you don’t know what to expect, ask the captain. You can’t go wrong when you bring sunblock (non-spray), and sunglasses. There will be some drinks on offer, but let the captain know if you wish to bring your own. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
