Master Bedroom #1 has a King Bed, Flat Screen TV and Private Bath. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed, Flat Screen TV and access to the Shared Bath. Bedroom #3 has a Twin/Double Bunk Set with Twin Trundle, Flat Screen TV and Private Bath. Living Area has a Flat Screen TV and access to the Screened Porch.

Conveniences Include: 4 Flat Screen TVs, Microwave, Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer, Hair Dryer(s), Iron/Ironing Board, and a Screened Porch with Furnishings.

Maritime West is a secluded Condominium Complex surrounded by a forest of Yaupon and Live Oak trees. Located in Pine Knoll Shores, a virtual bird and turtle sanctuary at the beach, this complex is convenient to the eateries and stores of Emerald Isle and Atlantic Beach. Morehead City and Historic Beaufort are just a short drive away.

This condominium complex is conveniently located to Morehead City, Beaufort, and Emerald Isle! From exploring Fort Macon to playing putt-putt; shopping in Morehead City to touring Historic Beaufort, you can enjoy all the Crystal Coast has to offer without traveling far from your home-away-from-home. The Crystal Coast has so many activities to offer such as deep-sea fishing, golfing, Frisbee golf, swimming, scuba diving, sightseeing, parasailing, paddleboarding, surfing, kayaking, running, cycling trails, and a skateboard park. Close to the North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores!

Guests of Maritime West have use of the complex Community Pool, Walking and Bicycle Trails, Tennis and Basketball Courts, Playground, Picnic Area, and Beach Access Walkway with Two Dune Decks. Note:
--Guests have access to the Marina Pool located at 590 Marina Drive and the Westport Pool located at 570 Coral Drive.
--Guests must check in at the Atlantic Beach Bluewater office to pick up their check in packets including 2 required parking passes. 2 car limit.

Linens and Towels included with Beds Made for Weekly and Nightly stays.

No Smoking. Note: There will be NO Smoking allowed in any of the common/public areas of Maritime West.

Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card supplied at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
