Step out of your private, furnished screened porch to the courtyard with indoor/outdoor heated pool and grille! Short walk to the beach, additional pool, tennis and bicycle/walking trail. Living room has 60" Flat Screen TV with Queen Sleeper Couch. Separate bedroom with Queen Bed.Rare first floor, one bedroom unit with 1 bath! Recently furnished and fresh paint throughout condo.

You'll benefit from lower rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at your favorite restaurants and activities. Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
