Play tennis or grille-out & picnic in the landscaped courtyards. Located off Coast Guard Road within walking distance to family theme parks, kiddy race tracks, arcades & eateries. A 2,000 Sq. Ft. Oceanfront Clubhouse can be rented for family get-togethers, weddings, receptions, etc. through the Pebble Beach Home Owners Association. if you are a registered guest! Pebble Beach is a professionally landscaped, gated community with parking limited to guests & owners (2 parking passes per rental). Sorry, no elevators and no golf carts or family pets allowed.

Please Note: No boats, trailers, or any towed items are allowed on the premises. The F Building is directly in front of the outdoor pool. It¡s also close to tennis courts & only a short walk to the ocean and the oceanfront pool!

Pebble Beach F-103 is a 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath First Floor Condo.

Conveniences Include: 2 Intelligent TVs, Highspeed Wireless Internet, Roku, and Screened Porch. The kitchen has an Oven, dishwasher, constructed-in microwave, refrigerator, Griddle, and Toaster Oven. Central Heat & Air and Interior Washer/Dryer in.

Linens and towels are not supplied but can be added to your stay for an additional fee. Please reach out to your Bluewater Vacation Planner to confirm optional linen pricing.

PARKING INFORMATION: All units are supplied with 2 Gate Cards and 2 Parking Passes. Additional Parking Passes are available upon request at or after check-in.

2023 Rents nightly with a 2-nighttime minimum stay (year-round).

2024 Rents nightly with a 3-nighttime minimum stay (last min. or off-season only).
Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

This condo is located in Emerald Isle. Emerald Forest Golf and Bogue Inlet Fishing Pier are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Croatan National Forest and Theodore Roosevelt Natural Area. Salty Pirate Water Park and Emerald Isle Adventures are also worth visiting.
