The balcony receives morning sun and is the ideal place to savor early morning coffee and listen to the ocean waves breaking on the shore before beginning the day. The complex amenities include THREE POOLS - a newly remodeled indoor/outdoor pool and a second ocean-side pool. Also included are a newly updated and expanded exercise room (open 9 am to 6 pm), 2 tennis courts, and multiple BBQ areas with picnic tables.
