This is a top floor, oceanfront corner unit, which means that no one will be above you and additional windows for additional brightness. There are many upgrades throughout our unit, but most importantly the view is spectacular. One of our favorite hobbies is to sit on the balcony and watch for dolphins. We have even seen whales!

The Ocean Club offers two pools and spas, a kids's pool and cabana, and a fishing pier. There is no end of things to do at the resort. For those who want to discover the Crystal Coast, shopping, dining, golf, eco-touring, charter wind surfing, fishing and scuba diving are just a few of the activities available close by.

Take time to savor Morehead city and Beaufort as well as going to Shackleford Banks to visit the wild horses. The NC aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores is only 5 miles away.

With 1 King size bed, 1 Queen size bed, a double bunk bed, and a queen sleeper, there are plenty of places to rest your head! There are great vistas of the Ocean. You can sit on the balcony relax, and watch the boats and dolphins go by! Our building is equipped with an elevator.

Please call (919) 367-9963 for any questions.

Tricks and tips for getting the best Indian Beach vacation rental experience:

Finding your best deal:

  • Reserve your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules often become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups book their Summer rental homes during Winter holiday gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Summer is high season in Indian Beach. To book the most suitable vacation home within your budget, we recommend reserving in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at the beach and popular Morehead City attractions. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Morehead City vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner whether your family qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer customers an option to add vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which generally will cost between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed vacation time as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for specifics.
  • Many management companies supply Morehead City area visitor guides which will include coupons, either offered directly by local companies, or through a partnership between the management company and the business itself. You can also find visitors guide and coupon books at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers.

How to choose and book the best Morehead City vacation home:

  • Choose vacation dates and budget.
  • Determine how many beds and the configuration your group needs. Ocean Club B301--Corner, Top Floor Oceanfront Condo has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our Morehead City rentals search.
  • Precise details about bedrooms and bed types is almost always accessible on booking websites. If they are not listed, call the property manager before reserving the vacation property. Remember that most property listings specify the max. guest capacity, which typically includes pull-out couches and bunk beds. You'll need to work out what is right for your vacation group.
  • If your group is bringing pets, you'll need to book a rental that allows animals. Ask for specifics on breed, size, and type restrictions. Note that some hosts charge pet deposits and fees.
  • If there's a particular Morehead City destination you are enamored with, look for rentals that are either close by, or those that cater especially to your requirements.
  • Appropriate accessibility can make or break a vacation for the less-mobile. Confirm all necessary amenities are included before booking.

Have a wonderful stay:

  • Review arrival and departure procedures before traveling. Take a printed copy, and save the directions to your phone.
  • Property managers are available to help! Feel free to ask questions during your stay.
  • Lock your rental while you are out and about. Keep your property safe!
  • To make sure damages aren't attributed to your family's visit, make note of any problem areas upon your arrival. Contact the rental manager immediately to document any pre-existing damages. If there is a dispute, having the recorded issues and contact attempts will be valuable.
  • Respecting quiet hours and parking policies can make a stay significantly more pleasurable. Be a good neighbor. You will magnify your chance to make local friends, and resident neighbors are often a great resource to find the best local beaches and restaurants.
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Local residents can often help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to enjoy a steak with a view, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for bird watching?
  • Just before checking out, take a final walk-through to make sure you haven't leave anything behind. Make sure to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Please make sure to walk through the property a final time and look for any damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the host whenever possible. If the host is not available, remember to take pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did you have a wonderful stay? Most vacation rental websites make it easy for vacationers to provide reviews. If your rental property and/or property manager was fantastic, they would love to hear it. If anything was defective and they failed to address it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your review.
