Nice kitchen with SS appliances, gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, pantry, granite counters and island with seating & dining area. The living area features comfortable seating and a 75-inch sizable screen TV. Extensive deck off living room level with Polywood bar top table with chairs and rockers. The first level features a master suite with a king bed and private bath, 2 additional bedrooms that share a Jack and Jill full bath. Shaded deck with hammock ideal for afternoon naps. Central air and heat & ceiling fans throughout, 4 TVs with Spectrum Cable & WIFI. Rents Saturday to Saturday. Enclosed outside hot and cold outside shower and gas grille supplied.
