Located gracefully along Ocean Ridge Drive, this captivating oceanfront home offers unparalleled vistas of the countless horizon. With a sleek, modern design, the residence stands as a testament to modern luxury.

Sitting gracefully on the edge of the oceanfront, the main home spans two levels, offering three lavish bedrooms and three and a half baths. The first floor hosts the first serene primary bedroom, while the second floor features an additional primary bedroom, along with a third bedroom featuring 2 bunk beds. Each adorned with its own private balcony overlooking the azure waters.

The cavernous living area seamlessly integrates with the state-of-the-art kitchen, adorned with sleek appliances and minimalist aesthetics. Floor-to-ceiling windows invite natural light to dance across the polished surfaces, creating an ambiance of tranquility and warmth.

A separate studio, located just steps away from the main home, offers a fourth bedroom complete with a queen bed and full bath, providing privacy and comfort for guests.
Outside, a sprawling terrace beckons for alfresco dining and relaxation, with the calming melody of crashing waves as the backdrop. Immerse yourself in the coastal lifestyle, where every moment is framed by the beauty of the sea.

3 Queen Beds and 2 Bunk Beds

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not included. If you would like information on beach equipment units, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be supplied with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a modest bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance complimentary laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one additional trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.

OTHER NOTES:
-Fireplaces are for decoration only, and cannot be used

PET POLICY:
Dogs are allowed with a $200 + tax non returnable pet fee per dog, with a 3 dog max..
Vacation Rental By Owner guests: Guests can only add one dog to the reservation. If you are planning to bring more than one dog, please notify Spectrum Properties to add the additional pet fee(s).
Failure to let us know about your pet(s) could result in a $700 fine.

About the Area

Located in Atlantic Beach, this vacation home is on the beach. Hoop Pole Creek Nature Trail and Anchorage Marina are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores and Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Raceway.   • Summertime is the most expensive season along the coast of NC. To find the most suitable vacation home for your budget, we strongly suggest booking in Fall or Spring months. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at popular Morehead City attractions and restaurants. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Morehead City vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
  • In the Morehead City area, The earlier you can reserve a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The best rental properties are reserved very early. Reserving your vacation property six to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental.
  • Property management companies sometimes offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. Ask your host or property manager if rate reductions are available for your family.
  • Booking websites frequently offer customers an option to buy trip insurance protection.   • Just prior to departing, take a final walk-through to confirm you have not leave anything behind. Remember to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the rental a final time and look for any damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the property manager is not available, remember to take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition.
  • After your trip, leave feedback! Hosts rely on great reviews to compel more bookings. They'll be thankful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something wasn't as described, other families will appreciate that you share your review and help them have the best future vacation. Remember to be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the property manager had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded reasonably to solve it.
