2 Step is a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom, ranch style home with handsome vistas of the ocean and just a couple of steps from private beach access to the sand and sea! With only 2 Steps, gathering your belongings and groceries doesn’t require climbing a full flight of steps! There is no need to leave your fluffy four-legged friends at home because this gem is pet-friendly! The added convenience of a enormous, level yard makes this the ideal vacation spot for all of your outdoor games with the family and for your family pets to run around freely!

Master bedroom #1 has a king bed, its own private ensuite bathroom, and a TV. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed, a private bathroom, and a TV. Bedroom #3 has a queen bed, a twin bunk, and a TV. A full bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway. There are ceiling fans in each bedroom that can be controlled via the light switch along with the bedroom lights. The entirely-equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances and the home is equipped with a washer and dryer!

Additional Conveniences: This home is equipped with high-speed wireless internet for your convenience. You will find multiple entertainment features such as 4 flat-screen TVs that have the ability to stream all of your favorites with access to Netflix, Hulu, a web browser, premium cable channels, and a Roku! You will find that the completely-equipped kitchen has everything you could need plus an ice-cream maker, blender, and coffee machine. You will be able to savor cooking out with the family on the charcoal park-style grille and if the weather is nice you can even eat outside on the furnished deck!

Level Two: Substantial Living Area with Flat Screen Roku TV has sliding glass doors that open out to the Oceanfront Deck. Dining Area, Kitchen equipped with a Dishwasher and a Microwave.

Conveniences include: 5 Roku TVs, 1 DVR, Dishwasher, Microwave, Washer/Dryer, Gas Grille, Sundeck with Furnishings and Enclosed Outdoor Shower. Merrytime is a part of the Beacon's Reach community and has the use of their Outdoor Community Pool. Community Pool is usually available from Memorial Day to Labor Day, depending on weather. Guests have access to the Marina Pool located at 590 Marina Dr and the Westport pool located at 570 Coral Dr.
