Canalfront townhouse includes liftavator access to front entry outdoor space, deep water dock, roomy decking and abundant parking for cars & boat trailers. Quick access to the ICW. Come with your boat, family and friends for a magnificent time at the coast. Ground level has a 2 car carport. 1st floor has kitchen, living & dining areas, principal bedroom, full bath and powder room. 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms and a full bath. Extras include gas grille, 2 person paddle boat, porch swing, crab pot, plus outdoor dining. Truly accessible to elderly and semi-handicapped. Modest to medium size dogs allowed with a fee of $80 per pet.

3rd Bedroom - 1 Queen and 1 Full Bed

1. Damage Protection Insurance – For an additional $79.00, this plan covers up to $3,000 in unintentional damages to the rental unit that may occur during your stay. Report the damage to us, we’ll take care of the rest!
2. Security Deposit - $1,500 is instantly charged at time of renting. If the unit is left undamaged, keys & parking passes returned, your security deposit will be refunded within 45 days after check out.
