This resort destination sits oceanside, with direct beach access right at your back door. Stroll along the Crystal Coast searching for shells, swim in the sea, or rest your weary bones in the sand! Head back for outdoor bowling and tennis or to slip and slide in the outdoor pool (open through October). When the weather is cooler, head to the indoor pool with the kiddos and then to the selection of grilles for a nighttime of burgers and dogs and corn on the cob.
The Salty Pirate, unit 260, embraces the philosophy, “Life is Better in Flip Flops,” and it’s better at this place at the beach. Inside is comfortable but coastal, with a well-equipped kitchen, open layout, and roomy living room. The decor is reminiscent of the sea and sky in shades of blue and green with a relaxing neutral backdrop. The sooner you book your reservation, the quicker you will be appreciating coffee or drinks from your balcony — and loving the ocean breeze.

The outdoor pool closes from November 1 through mid-April.

About the Area

Located in Atlantic Beach, this condo is near the beach. Fort Macon State Park and Beaufort Historic Site are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Hoop Pole Creek Nature Trail and Rachel Carson Reserve. North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores and North Carolina Maritime Museum are also worth visiting. With fishing and swimming nearby, you'll find plenty of adventures in the water.
