Southwinds D2 is a non-smoking, 2 bedroom/2 bath condo located on the 1st floor. Unit has vistas of the courtyard, pool, and a slight ocean view. The condo has a full size kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and blender. A washer and dryer are also located in the condo. There is wireless internet, 2 TVs (one in the living room and one in the main bedroom) and a DVD player. The main bedroom has a queen size bed. The second bedroom has 2 twin size beds and a twin trundle bed. Southwinds does not allow renters to have family pets. This unit is available for weekly and partial weeks with a 2 nighttime-minimum stay. 3, 6, and 9 months or monthly units are available after Labor Day. Monthly units include water, sewer, trash, cable, and partial electric. Please contact for prices on partial weeks. Prices include departure maid service and admin fee. Linens and trip insurance are optional and available for additional costs. Tax is 12.75%.

  • Book your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules usually become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacations during holiday gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of NC. To find the best value, consider shifting your family's Morehead City vacation to the Spring or Fall months. May, September, and even October offer warm weather, less crowded beaches, and reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer.
