Cutely decorated, roomy two bedroom, two bath unit ocean view condo in Indian Beach with fresh paint and new furnishings. The master bedroom holds a king size bed, the second bedroom a queen size bed and there is a sleeper couch. This unit has a sizable living/dining/kitchen area with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. Other features are a private covered balcony, TV's with HBO, VCR/DVD, dishwasher, microwave and a stackable washer and dryer. Reservations of 5 nights or more include linens and towels with beds made.. Unit rents Sunday to Sunday.

Colony by the Sea is located in Indian Beach, between Emerald Isle and Atlantic Beach. Indian Beach is a peaceful beach that’s close enough to either end of the island to have tons of options for fun, but far enough away so it’s not too busy! The complex offers an outdoor swimming pool, sauna, outside grilles & showers and elevators.

CBS is a smoke complimentary/vape complimentary community including all common areas, beach front decks, individual unit decks, the pool picnic area and the parking lot.
