DESCRIPTION:
Welcome to Sunny Bunz! The unique layout of this exceptional interior home affords you tons of privacy. With half floors that are equipped with bedrooms, you are sure to have plenty of space for the whole family! Just a short walk or golf cart ride will get you to the beach in no time!
As you enter on the ground floor you are welcomed into the rec-room with a full-size pool table, wet bar with drink cooler, and a TV. The bunk room with 2 twin bunk beds and a generous size bath make this area great for kids to appreciate!
Up the stairs, one-half flight off the landing is the TUCAN room. This tropical king master with a enormous private bath will keep your disposition Sunny!
On the 2nd level, accessible by elevator or stairway, you will find the laundry room, a sizable hall bath, a queen room (the JEEP room), and the twin room (the FLIP FLOP room). There is another king master with a huge master bath know as the MERMAID room. All rooms are decorated in nice bold colors to go with each theme! Up another half flight of stairs is a queen room(the AIRPLANE room) with a roomy private bath. As part of the Spinnaker’s Fresh Bed Promise all of the bed linens are laundered between guests, even the comforters.
The 3rd level is the bright and airy great room. The 2 dining tables and bar seating as well as the sectional couch are sure to accommodate the entire group! The granite clad kitchen is well equipped so cooking for the group will be a great experience. While there are plenty of bathrooms throughout the home there is an additional half bath on the top floor for convenience. The wrap around decks offer an painless way down to the completely fenced pool and hot tub area.. However, if hanging out along the treetops is what you have in mind then pull up a chair and relax because you have made it.
The beach access and community pool are located at the corner of Shipwreck Lane and Louise Howard Court. This would be roughly a 5 min. walk from Sunnybunz or an even faster golf cart ride! There is parking for the cart at the beach access.
