2 Seas the Day East: Great place for a family reunion, 3 bedrooms plus a additional room with closet (looks like 4 bedrooms!) PRICES LISTED ARE FOR EAST SIDE ONLY. Located directly on the ocean with definitely BREATH-TAKING VIEWS. NEW UPDATES in 2021, 2022, 2023 and changes in management, cleaning, and more!! Expansive remodeling in 2022 and 2023 with new floor, new painting, new furnishings and linens, new bathroom fixtures, and the entire home was freshly redecorated with cool and calming beach decor. It is clean and fresh, and you will absolutely LOVE this home.
TWO primary suites/master bedrooms upstairs with private bathrooms. One of them is oceanfront with its own private balcony and a king bed (split king) - we call this BR #4. The other has a king bed and ensuite bath - we call this BR #3. There are two bedrooms downstairs - one with a queen size bed (BR #1) and the other with 2 full size beds (BR #2). These bedrooms share a buddy bathroom. An additional 1/2 bathroom is near the kitchen/entryway. There is also a giant deck with constructed-in seating on the first floor. You even have an enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water on the main deck. Gas grille located outside to grille newly caught fish, too!
The family room has a pretty two-story cathedral ceiling with a wall of windows to savor the striking vistas of the Atlantic Ocean. We often see the dolphins swimming and playing right in front of the home multiple times a day!
Staying Oceanfront is the best way to go!! Just walk out the door and down a few stairs and you are on the beach! Plus there's an outdoor enclosed shower to make rinsing off sand simple. You don't have to worry about finding a place to park or dragging the beach gear all over the place. Plus, no more worrying about where to go to the bathroom. You can go and come from the home to the beach with no worries!
Bringing a infant? There is room for a portable crib or pack and play in any of the bedrooms, though we recommend BR #3 based on tub access in that room.
Absolutely NO smoking, NO family pets. A $150 charge for cleaning and $175 charge for linens will be applied to each rental for cleaning and linens with beds made. Linens include bed linens, bath towels for all 4 bedrooms, and kitchen towels.
We rent this from Saturday to Saturday. We will consider partial weeks/weekends (3 nighttime minimum), only during Off-season (Oct - April) if not previously rented. Please message me if you are interested or have any questions!

Tricks and tips to get the perfect vacation rental experience:
Find your best deal:
- To get the best value, shift your group's vacation dates to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and even October offer pleasant weather, less crowded beaches, and reduced traffic. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Morehead City vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
- Reserve your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules usually become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rentals during Winter holiday gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
- Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host if your group qualifies for a reduced rate.
- Booking websites often offer renters an option to obtain trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for program terms and fees.
- Look for your local Morehead City area magazine when you arrive at the rental property. If your rental home doesn't have one, you can find them at local shops and fuel stations. In addition to great articles, travel guides contain deals for nearby accommodations, tours and attractions.
Planning, selecting, and booking the right Morehead City rental home:
- Choose vacation week and budget.
- 3 BR + Bonus, 3.5 Baths has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our rentals search.
- Specific descriptions of bedrooms and bed types is almost always accessible on booking pages. Otherwise, email the property management company before you book the property. Remember that most property listings specify the maximum guest capacity, which often includes pull out couches in living rooms.
- Are you visiting for a single attraction? Try a map search to browse nearby properties.
- Suitable accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for guests with disabilities. Confirm all required amenities are available before reserving a rental.
- If your family is bringing pets, you'll need to book a property that allows animals. Request information on breed, size, and type restrictions. Some property owners charge additional pet fees.
More considerations:
- Be sure you get the host's contact number and entry/exit procedures for your rental home.
- Note any damages to the property during check in, and immediately contact the property manager. We specifically recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain time stamps that can be valuable if a dispute arises.
- Ask questions. You may want instructions for a garage door opener, elevator or appliance. Contact your host. They are there to help! A brief telephone call prevents quite a few issues.
- Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking regulations can make a stay more pleasurable. Be a good neighbor. You'll enhance your chance to make some new local friends, and resident neighbors can be a great resource to find the best local beaches.
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can typically help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to get the best seafood, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for bird watching?
- Keep the property locked while you're gone! Don't let thieves spoil your family vacation.
- At departure, complete a walk-through to make sure you have not forget anything. Remember to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Record a video to document the condition of the property.
- Did your group have a excellent vacation? Many rental management companies make it easy for clients to provide reviews. If your property and/or host was wonderful, they would love to hear it. If anything was amiss and they failed to correct it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your review.
