The ocean vistas from the top floor of Adagio glisten through the prolific windows of the open living/dining/kitchen floor plan. Lovingly refreshed by the owners, of whom one is a professional interior designer, the living area features couches and a nooked bench seat. Gather around the 55 inch Intelligent TV with sound bar in the living room or watch a game of pool played across the room on the elegant Oldhausen pool table. There's plenty of room as red leather bench seats hug two walls of the pool table and kitchen areas. The dining area graciously hosts three separate dining tables, a enormous rectangular table that seats 8 comfortably, a striking table of four, and an elevated bistro table for 4 at the bar. And the kitchen~~my goodness! The kitchen provides everything you could possibly want to prepare, prepare, and serve a gourmet feast. This well appointed kitchen is delightfully equipped with two dishwashers, two fridges, 2 coffee pots, and all the necessary appliances and silverware. The laundry room is ideally located off of the kitchen and features the aforementioned additional refrigerator and stacked washer/dryer. A half-bath is located off of the dramatic top floor staircase. Two bedrooms, a playful kids's room with trundle bed and an impressive huge master suite with direct deck access, complete the inside of the top level's floor plan.

The middle level of Adagio features the majority of the home's bedrooms, all exquisitely decorated in a vibrant kaleidoscope of majestic colors. Two of the four king bedrooms are highlighted with direct ocean deck access. Three of these four king bedrooms have private bathrooms (be sure to check out the elegant picture of that illustrious tiled bronze and pumpkin bathroom!) The remaining king bedroom shares a hall bathroom with the queen bed and twin sleeper couch chair bedroom. Splendor, rhythm, and sophistication afford each bedroom its own character and every bedroom features a flat screen hi-definition, Bluetooth-compatible TV with Blu-Ray DVD player. For early risers, a second floor coffee station will start your morning as you slip outside to watch the sun peak over the water.

Positioned ideally on the bottom floor of Adagio is a peaceful, 'get-away from it all' crash pad for kids of all ages! This additional room features the same premier TV system as in the living area so snuggle into the comfortable adore seats and catch up on favorite programs and movies! Don't forget your popcorn and drink! The third refrigerator is located right outside the media room~painless access for guests using the pool/hut tub/media room.....and there's a microwave in the media room to boot!

The bottom floor opens directly to the six person hot tub and exhilarating swimming pool. The enclosed lawn around the pool sports a enchanting calming area~just add sunshine! Upon entering from the bottom floor, guests will find immediate elevator access for ease in traversing the remaining floors of Adagio.

There's nothing more delightful than strolling down your own private walkway to that countless blue sea! A double benched landing affords guests the most expansive of vistas. Adagio abounds with plentiful deck seating on both decks as well. You'll want to watch the sun rise and set off of the two roomy decks outfitted with rocking chairs, lounges, and picnic table. The owners provide beach towels for guests' use.

Parking is never a concern as the driveway will comfortably allow up to six cars. As the owners are fellow dog lovers and owners, they understand the importance of bringing your dog on vacation. Adagio is pet friendly for dogs under 50 pounds! Please understand a non-returnable pet fee will be charged per dog.
