Located in Spinnaker's Reach, this is the ideal beach get-away for your family and friends. Sandy Paws has two master suites upstairs and a bedroom and bath downstairs, while the living room has plenty of room for everybody to watch TV or play games. The screened in porch is perfectl for calming out of the sun and the front deck is broad for those that want to to soak up the sun. The kitchen is roomy and well-equipped with all the cookware you will need to make your own dinners. Plenty of room for everybody to eat dinner together (inside or outside). Our floor plan accepts everybody to have their privacy when they want/need it and plenty of community space for family time!

The community pool and beach are a leisurely 7 min. walk or 2 min. golf cart ride (golf cart included) through the community (you don’t have to cross any busy roads). We are also a short 15 min. walk along the beach to the Point where you can catch the greatest sunsets on the Crystal Coast.

Our home is dog friendly and the backyard is completely fenced in so your little ones (dog or human) can play safely. Dogs are allowed on the beach while on a leash so savor a beach romp with your furry family members particularly in the morning and at nighttime

The home is located west of the bridge in the very beautiful Spinnakers Reach private community. So while everybody else is battling the traffic, you can just cross the bridge and turn right and you will be on the beach while others are still waiting in traffic!

Spinnakers Reach is a private community and beach access is restricted to owners and guests like you. This means our beach never gets too busy. If you need a break from the beach then hang out at the Spinnakers Reach pool.

Change over day is Sunday (7 day min. stay) which means while everybody is scrambling to leave on Saturday you can appreciate a nearly empty beach!

About the Area

Located in Emerald Isle, this vacation home is near the beach.
