About this Property

Our excellent, freshly modernized beach 'home away from home' has been the place of fabulous memories for our family for the past 16 years. After going through a big hurricane and renovating, our condo is nicer than ever! A complete new kitchen, bath, and bar area! All new vinyl planking floors, new paint,new cabinets, and granite countertops!!! Being an artist and a person that loves thrilled colorful things, I have finished our condo with tons of original art and artistic collectibles. Everyone that walks in the door loves how pleased it makes them feel to spend time here. Our visitors always call our view of the beach the 'million dollar view.' As you stand in the den, kitchen, or master bedroom, you have a full view of the sea, sand, and the whole beach strand. You can even watch dolphins jumping out of the water and swimming by in the mornings on their way down the beach. The pelicans make daily trips up and down the beach catching their meals also. For a appealing cup of coffee, sit on the screened porch and hear the waves breaking as you read the morning paper. You can eat at the table for 4 on the porch for lunch when you come in from the beach or pool. Its great to grab a rent and snuggle up in the lounge chair and read without another soul around.

As you walk down the boardwalk to the beach, there is a outstanding gazebo with seats that you can sit under during the hot sun or go out to at nighttime and listen to the waves while savoring a glass of wine. Even a walk on the beach at nighttime is magnificent under the stars!!!!

If you have children, as we have had all of these years, you will see that it is a very kid amicable area. The staff is always around on golf carts to help you in any way, and the children appreciate choosing which pool they want when there are 4 of them!!!!

As to the older citizens that still adore the beach, the shopping carts for unloading at the base of the elevators are a amazing comforts!!!! Our condo is also located so that if anyone is unable to go to the beach, the beach actually will come to them. They can stay in the condo all day but still appreciate the view and sounds.

If you are interested in a marvelous day trip to Cape Lookout, we can arrange reservations for you through Lookout Cruises on their gargantuan catamarand. It is a fun experience for all ages with lunch served and a covered area for those that do not want to sit in the sun.

The NC Aquarium is one of the most amazing treats on the beach for adults and children. They offer leisure browsing of all of the tanks and displays along with nature hiking and sea turtle excursions during peak times of the year.

There are also many great eateries in the area and there is a notebook in the condo with menus and directions to many of our favorite ones.
