Unwind and relax in our refreshed 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo at Olde Towne Yacht Club on Radio Island. We are conveniently located just mins. away from Beaufort and Morehead waterfront. Savor your morning coffee while taking advantage of the impeccable vistas from the deck. Whether it’s watching the dolphins frolic near the marina, catching a glimpse of the wild horses on Carrot Island, watching the constant parade of boats passing by, or simply appreciating a few moments of solitude - you won’t find a better place to start your day! OTYC is a gated community with an on-site marina, pool, hot tub, sauna, clubhouse, grilling area, and exercise room. Our condo is equipped with 4 new Roku TVs (although we don't know why you'd want to watch TV with the view from the deck). All linens are included (bath towels AND beach towels), hairdryers in each bathroom, a clothing steamer, and complimentary toiletries in case you forget something!

We are conveniently located just steps away from Radio Island Public Beach. We have all the amenities you will need to relax, refresh and recharge. Book your stay today!

Please note that while we do not allow family pets in our condo, a recent ruling by the HOA Board states the following:

The Condo Board Approved a New Pet Rule: No Short Term Renters (defined as renters who rent a unit 31 consecutive days or less) are allowed to bring pets to Olde Towne Condominiums. Only pets that are Owner’s Animals or their immediate Family Family Pets and Guest while staying with Owner are allowed on the premises. This rule is effective as of March 11, 2022 for all future leases.

We play by the rules, and expect our renters to do the same - so please don't ask us to give "special consideration" for your pet.

About the Area

Located in Beaufort, this condo is on the waterfront. North Carolina Maritime Museum and Core Sound Waterfowl Museum and Heritage Center are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores and Mount Maker Charters. With kayaking, windsurfing, and motor boating nearby, you'll find plenty of adventures in the water.

Get the most from your spending budget:

  • June, July, and August are high season in Beaufort. Booking in Spring or Fall is our favorite way to save money on your vacation home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of desirable homes. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Morehead City vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
  • The sooner your group can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The best rental properties are booked early. Reserving your vacation rental up to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and book your rental property.
  • Owners sometimes offer promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. Make sure to check with your property manager to see if special discounts are available for your group before you book.
  • Property management companies typically offer renters an option to buy trip insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any days missed as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance might be a a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for additional information.
  • Look for your local visitors guide when you check-in. If your rental doesn't have one, you can find them at local shops and visitor centers. In addition to great local articles, travel guides contain offers and deals for nearby attractions, tours, restaurants, and shops.

  • Lock your rental while you're out and about. Keep your property safe!
  • Re-check the vacation property to make sure that you've packed all of your belongings at check-out. Check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the property one final time and look for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can. If the manager isn't available, take photographs of the property to record its condition.
  • Did your group have a excellent vacation? Many rental home management companies make it easy for guests to provide reviews. If your rental and/or host was fantastic, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was inoperable and they failed to address it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your review.
