Nice ocean view balcony to appreciate your morning coffee or evening beverage. This peaceful condo has all you will need with a full kitchen and a stackable laundry unit. The property is gated so no public access. It has 2 pools, tennis court, and grilles available. Linens supplied! This is a third floor condo with no elevator. Also, there is a slight slope on balcony. Very rather area, a piece of heaven !
