What is the cost for a session?

• One session is 60 minutes in length and is $25 per person (includes an axepert.  See below)

• Rage Room pricing starts at only $18!

 

What type of shoes are required to participate?

• You must have closed toed shoes on to throw (crocs are OK).

• For the rage room, you must have fully enclosed shoes.  Sneakers and boots are recommended.  No Crocs.

 

What do I get in a session?

• CC Axe Throwing has “Axeperts” who are axe experts that will give you a brief overview on safety and teach you throwing techniques.

Can we tip our Axepert?

• Tips are always welcome, but not required.

 

I’ve Never Thrown an axe, how hard is it?

• Throwing an axe has nothing to do with size or strength.  Our trained coaches will show you the proper technique during orientation and you will be surprised how easy it is!  Once you land your first throw, you will be hooked for life!

 

Do I need to arrive before my scheduled throwing time?

• Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled throwing time to fill out waivers (These can be filled out before hand under our “waiver” tab.)  If you are throwing with a group, ensure all party members arrive early to throw together.

 

Do you take walk ins?

• We will take walk-ins, but we highly recommend booking online in advance.  We anticipate being very busy, so there may not be available lanes for walk ins.

 

Will I have my own lane?

• This is not guaranteed.  You may be sharing a lane with other players (especially during busy times), but that just makes it all the more fun!

 

Are there any age limits for axe throwing?

• At CCAT our recommended minimum age for throwing is 10, however, an adult supervisor must also be participating.  All participants under the age of 18 MUST have an adult throwing with them.

 

Do you sell beverages?

• We sell both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

 

Do you sell food?

• We do not, but you are welcome to bring in your own.

 

If I book a private party can I bring in food/drink?

• You are welcome to bring in your own food or drink (no byob, but we sell beer!).  Or we can arrange the catering for your party. Please discuss this with us when booking.

 

Where are you located?

• 410 Arendell Street in downtown Morehead City.  

 

Where can I park?

• There are a few street parking spaces in front of the building, or there is street parking on the side and behind the building.

Can I take pictures and videos?
