Pebble Beach is a professionally landscaped, gated community with parking limited to guests & owners (2 parking passes per rental). Sorry, no elevators and no golf carts or family pets allowed.

B-202 Pebble Beach is a 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath Second Floor Almost Oceanfront Condo. (Only 1 building from the ocean!) The Living Room has ample seating for your whole family with two couches and a rocking chair The Living Room includes a Intelligent TV for entertainment. There is also a ceiling fan in the Living Area. A covered balcony with oceanviews, table with chairs is accessible from the Living Room and Master Bedroom. Master Bedroom features a King Bed, Full Private Bath with over-sized shower, Intelligent TV with and a ceiling fan. Bedrooms 2 and 3 both have 2 Twin beds, Roku TVs, and share a Bath and modest balcony. The Dining Room has seating for 6 with additional seating for 4 at the breakfast bar. The Kitchen is entirely equipped and includes a microwave, dishwasher, toaster, toaster oven, hand mixer and blender.

Additional Conveniences: 4 Intelligent TVs, CD Player. Central Heat & Air. Washer/Dryer.Entirely Equipped Kitchen, Slow Cooker, Coffee Maker, Blender and Toaster Oven.
