The Tom Doe Memorial Public Beach Access which includes parking, bath home facilities, picnic gazebo and playground is located just a short walk from the complex.

Pelican¡s Roost 11 is an Oceanside studio condo, located upstairs on the 2nd floor. This studio has a Queen bed. The open concept Living Area has comfortable seating and is open to the Kitchen with a Fridge, Microwave, Coffee Maker, Toaster and Stove. The Living Area has a basic cable TV. Need to do laundry during your stay? Coin operated laundry is located in the first building, off of the game room.

No Boat Parking.
